Appointments

To make an appointment you can call our spa directly at (706) 322-5566. A major credit card may be used to hold an appointment. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, please feel free to call us at the last minute and we will try to accommodate you.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule on, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages. Canceling or changing appointment for groups of three or more requires 72 hours notice. Any appointment canceled in less than the required time or no-shows will be billed 75% of the published price of each service.  Gift Certificates will be voided if appointments are not properly cancelled.

Check In

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few minutes to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Certificates and promotional coupons at check-in.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Refunds - Gift Certificate, Series, Product

Certificates, Series, and Products are non-refundable. All sales are final.  All Gift Certificates expire a year from their purchase date.

Gratuity and Service Charges

Gratuity can be added to checks. An additional 16%-18% service charge may be added to groups of six or more.

Children and Teens

The minimum age requirement for services is 8 years old. Children under 8 are not permitted in the service area or treatment rooms. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.

Special Needs

Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure, or you are pregnant.

Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your individual needs.
